A. Reservations from our website are accepted until 6PM the day prior to use.
A. Cancellations may be made until 6PM the day prior to use via telephone, messenger or email.
After 6PM cancellations and refunds are not available.

A. YES, cash receipts are available. If you require a cash receipt, please contact us after making the bank transfer.

A. At present, we’re only accepting bank account transfer. We are building a credit card payment system in the website. Additional articles added to your reservation at the airport can be paid via cash or credit card.
A. We accept a variety of items. After completing your reservation, you may add more luggage following the outlined additional luggage fee.

A. Prices are based on stardard carrier bag size. In cases of bags over 28 inches or weighing over 20 kg, there will be a surcharge of 10,000 won per bag.

A. [INCHEON AIRPORT] : Pick up your luggage from 4pm to 6:30pm at the departure counter “G.”
Luggage pick up after operating hours will incur additional charges.
[JEJU AIRPORT]: Pick up your luggage from 5pm to 6pm, at the departure gate number “2.”

A. Your luggage will be available at your hotel from 5PM.
A. SORRY, luggage pick up at your hotel or accommodations is only available from 5pm.
A. YES.
We offer luggage storage service.
If you want us to keep your luggage until the requestes day, an additional storage fee will be added. For inquiry, please call (Contact number Seoul: 1670-7496 / Contact number Jeju: 1670-0679)
A. In case of flight delays or natural disasters refunds may be applied. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for delays due to personal reasons.
A. For now, we are operating only from Seoul to Incheon airport or from Incheon airport to Seoul and within Jeju.
We hope to expand our services in the future.
A. Yes. Please make the reservation using the exact address for luggage collection (ie. convenience store or security office). After you leave your luggage, please take a picture and send it to us. (seoul: zimzomair_seoul / jeju:zimzomair_jeju)
A. Loss or damage to the luggage can be compensated for up to 500,000won where responsibility can be proven on our part.
